VNN REGIONAL TARIFF
The VNN regional fare is valid for bus journeys in the region - wherever neither the hvv nor the VBN fare applies. Here you will find all the important information about the area of validity, tickets and prices.
Quickly orientated
- Scope of applicationOn regional bus routes in the northern district of Cuxhaven. On routes from this area to neighbouring regions, the regional fare applies until the first change.
- Ticket typesFrom single tickets to day tickets and season tickets, everything is included.
- FaresThe fare depends on the number of sections travelled. One section is approx. 2 km. You can find this in the fare schedule.

The price of your journey depends on the distance between your starting point and destination. The further you travel, the higher the fare usually is.

They are transferable. Savings cards for one week/one month/subscription are valid for the specified calendar week/calendar month/for a period of 12 consecutive calendar months on weekdays and entitle the holder to any number of journeys in the purchased zones. They are not transferable.

hvv transitional tariff
Since the hvv extension, you can travel from Hamburg to Cuxhaven (city) with just one ticket. Single hvv tickets (to Hemmoor) or season tickets (to Cuxhaven) are valid. For journeys to or from the station, you can use the regional bus lines from the table below free of charge.
